I ask in all seriousness (because I'm too lazy to actually google it): has this been a problem in states that have had legal gay marriage?  Have there been lawsuits against churches that don't do it?

No idea, tin. People are so eager to sue about anything that I see it as a matter of "when" not "if".

Remember the bakery in Oregon that was sued because the owner wouldn't make a cake for a gay couple?

Remember the drunk who fell out of a window and sued...or the jackass who sued because he didn't get a free gift on Mother's Day.....look, as awesome as allowing gay marriage is, it won't solve all of our problems...people will still file dumb lawsuits.
