Best thing about day-game blowouts is that it's  just past 4 p.m. and this is over with time to spare in the day.

I actually "tuned out" to this at 5-0 and caught up with the prequel version of the prototype Red Wedding.

Well, it wasn't the worst season ever, but it came pretty close.

Better luck next year. Maybe MLB will have compassion and add three or four more wild cards. I want to get back to the postseason before I'm 90.
