The Dbacks are my 2nd favorite team and even with their disaster of a year they had last year they never lost 14 in a row that I can remember. I feel like 13 was their highest losing streak and they were awful. This losing streak was a bitch but thankfully dead now.

It took an MVP's  effort at the plate and on the mound to navigate into the lead. And an insurance blast from the least likely of all players. Luckily the relievers had a big led. 

Forget the past. 2 1/2 games out of a playoff position. Two thirds of the season remaining. And a new manager going forward. Historically teams with double digit losing streaks rarely make the post season. But there is an extra spot now, and they have to hang in, get healthy and tweak the roster.
