She acts healthy but dogs are not good at communication when they don't feel good. It could be a benign mass so instead of doing another invasive surgery we are moving forward on chemo for three sessions and then doing another scan with blood work. If it has grown then we just let it take its course, if it stays the same size or shrinks we will stay on the chemo path and see where she is at after the series.

So month 4 or so of being a dog/puppy owner. Both my guys are adorable.

Question. How do you train them to chew on the toys you bought them, instead of randomly picking up a turd with their mouth and walking around with it? Like r minutes after you got home from work and let them lick your face?

The shit eating is just a phase @ten ocho recon scout.  They’ll grow out of it.  My Yellow Lab ate shit for half his puppy life, no matter what I did.

I had a bigger problem with his digging and chewing.  I spent 3 hours laying down Malibu walkway lights around my pool.  I watched my dog, through my kitchen window, tilt his head to the side and pull the first light out of the ground. When I went to beat his ass,  he took off running and pulled all 10 of them out of the ground and snapped the cord.  I wanted to beat his ass so bad, I was pissed.  3 minutes later, he had his regular chew toy in his mouth, waiting for me to go out and play fetch.  Couldn’t help but laugh at him.

All I can say, is it’s a phase they will grow out of.  Eventually.

Yeah, i gave up. Toys are useless... when I try and throw one to them, they stare at me like theyre above it. Then theyll lick their junk or eat a turd, then chew up my dining room table or shutters.

I love them... and hate them

You need to get advice from Cals so they lick your junk.

Pro tip: pick up your dog shit.

You're welcome.

Dogs are the best. My pup is a little over a year now.

Pugs are awesome.  My 15-y.o. pug is my first small dog after only having large dogs and I'm closer to her than any other.  She can barely walk now, but she's still happy and fiesty.  She's always thought she was a bad-ass, trying to bully the bigger dogs, which is incomprehensible considering her size and underbite.
