How about Eaton in left and Ward in right 

Despite getting Eaton,  Maddon still wants to put an infielder in the outfield and a crappy hitter at 3rd.

The teams biggest issue is defense.  If Mayfield can play a good 3rd base who gives a shit about his offense.

Eaton isn’t a left fielder, he is a right fielder.

Ward is done. You don't get it but he is done when Trout comes back.

It's obvious that bringing in Eaton means Ward is done but for some reason it gets jumbled in your brain and calling someone a troll is your default.

Yeah, I think Ward will be on the bench for now. Eaton will be in RF, not Ward. I think when Trout or Upton are activated Ward will be off the roster - AAA if he still has options.

Remember when Rendone signed last year, everyone was so happy we finally got an everyday third base man. It is working out so well, now.

It seems once Arte gets involved choosing players it become the kiss of death.
