Fabian identifies a few candidates. Including Jose Mota and Terry Smith. Which would NOT be my preference.

Considering that most of us watch over 1/2 of the games at least, we will listen to this guy more than any other person, so I hope they pick someone good.

I tweeted @taylorblakewardto see if he planned on applying. Seeing as I miss him on Locked on Angels Podcast, bc I think he did a good job, better than the new guy anyway and Mark Gubiczsa Agreed with me on Twitter.

Plus he's a young guy and could be here for a while.

Salt Lake had a good announcer a few years ago.  I think he filled in on radio.  Is he still around?

Jose Mota as the color commentator "Trou heets da ball and it goes and he runs, and he deed a good job with that on the play as player because you have to do all the things right and now we have Rendon.

Matt V is sort of the Mike Trout of announcers. I don't think he'll be coming unless he gets paid a lot. He's got the sunday night baseball gig with ARod and who knows what else with MLB Network.

Awhile back Taylor Blake Ward and I helped PA/document Fullerton's club baseball team for one of my writers. Taylor Blake did a great job and the best part is he's one funny guy.
