It looks like Trump will pass him if he gets reelected. 

They both golf a lot.

I just don't care about how much the President golfs. 

The problem is always "omg *National Emergency* is happening and the President is GOLFING!" 

Obviously he should be permanently locked in the oval office with a stack of paperwork, surrounded by experts while he's on the phone and has his hand on his head clearly stressed to the max. All day. Every day.
