I'm fully vaccinated and I have no problem wearing a mask. I'm not doing it for theater either. If it puts others at ease, I don't mind. It's not a big deal.

I don’t think anyone made the claim that the vaccine totally prevents you from getting Covid. I think the claim is that it will prevent you from getting really sick that results in hospitalization or death

I think this is a case of vaccines work because it protects you from the serious effects of viruses (the overall purpose of a vaccine). Last two articles posted say they were asymptomatic. Doesn’t mean you still can’t be a carrier for them and spread it to others.

That’s my understanding at least.

Might be why some vaccinated people still wear masks.

I know they’re still studying it but so far they are seeing that vaccinated people who are asymptomatic are less likely to spread it. Bottom line is we will all be better off with more people vaccinated
