First of all, it was far more than that, but you'll NEVER hear that as the ghost of Hugo Chávez has taken all proof to the spirit world.

Secondly, in order to maintain the charade, they will still get vaccine if they would like it.

Silly fishbrain, they will receive a placebo as part of a double blind test to determine the efficacy of the vaccine which provides them with much needed data and also keeps the pandemic protocols in place because of hospitalization rates.
