Those kind of points of view are set in stone.  They have no ability to see another side.  My wife and I have been using an app that tells us if the products we purchase are free from human trafficking and slavery.  There are plenty of great companies trying to do the right thing.  Just like meat producers.  It might take some work on your end, but you can find humane meat and dairy producers and reward them with your business.

I'm not able to find anyone who's actually refuting the claims of the movie. Just a couple articles written by industry folks (like Beef Magazine ... LOL), by people who haven't even watched the documentary.

Id be curious to find someone out there with a subscription to beef magazine. Like find it on their coffee table kind of deal.

@mtangelsfan, I used the Buycott app tonight while grocery shopping. I was pleased to know that most of the brands we buy have zero conflicts with our campaigns of choice.

I was disappointed to learn about Hershey's ties to child slave labor. Luckily, Ghirardelli chocolate seems to be on the up and up.

I want to do the right thing, but if coors light and cup noodles use slave labor, im still making them my staple diet.
