I know it's a small sample, but holy crap!  He couldn't be doing any better so far.

 

I really would like to see him get more work so we can tell what we have here with this kid.

I'd have a combo of Frieri, Coello, and when he returns Jepsen doing the closing (say 1/3 opps for each); and maybe if lefties are up in the 9th giving Burnett a save opp. 

 

Only when someone is significantly better than the others in the 9th can they then become the permanent closer. 

 

Yes, Frieri has allowed 4 fewer hits than walks.    The walks are scary though because one hit is then all it takes.
