Yeah , coming off a game where he had 5 rbi's. That earned him an extensive rest.

Fletcher should be at 3rd and LaStella should be at first. There has to be some reason as to why Fletcher is sitting again other than Ausmus just being a complete moron.

This is what I was thinking.  Fletch might have a tweak of some sort.  Either that or there is something in the numbers that said don’t start him against a pitcher with this type of stuff.  He sat yesterday and La Stella had a big game, so it certainly didn’t hurt yesterday.

Faceless Analytics Collective doesn't like guys named Fletcher.

Of the ten players with that name in MLB history, none had a particularly distinguished career. There's a trend there.

Well I hope he’s back in the lineup come playoff time.

Hopefully we win but Bour goes 0-4 with 4 strikeouts and is waived after the game.

La Stella should be at 1B, Fletcher 3B, Rengifo at 2B and Pujols at DH.

Genius move. Fletcher is so good he can cover both 3rd and short, and Albert has some help at 1st.
