but honestly, it's a coin flip.  

Concern about Jones is barreling up the ball consistently.  

Concern about Marsh is the strikeout.  

Marsh has the higher ceiling I think but Jones could stick around longer because he'll end up having more versatility long term

I think we still have another 40-man spot when we put Key on the 60.  

My guess is that there's going to be some extra movement this year near the beginning of the season.  There are a bunch of FA and minor league deals rolling around.  So the roster crunches are going to come a lot closer to opening day.

I'll take Marsh any day of the week, but I say that knowing full well that Jones could easily have the better career. I don't think there is much doubt as to who has a higher ceiling IMO.
