Yep. This is a very complicated issue with no easy solution. Cities need to do everything possible to de-incentivize homelessness.

in LA and SF, it's a big issue. lots of services available, but lots of people turn them down.

in glendale, we have a couple of homeless encampments. one of them even elected their own mayor. police have told us they're there by choice. happens up and down the state.

I have mixed feelings on the keystone pipeline. Apparently though it was only 8% complete so it is not like the switch was about to be flipped on and start running.

Having said, how many miles of pipeline already exist in the U.S. for natural gas and oil?
