I have some shorts from Duluth Trading Company that are made from firehose material.  They're a bit on the 70s-short side.  I may have to wear them.

I actually think that was the only run we scored and we lost like 2-1.

Lol yeah that game was the lowest scoring softball game I've ever seen.

Maybe it was the stellar pitching and solid defense they ran into in their second game.

Both teams played solid defense, but that ball was trash too, everything hit on the infield was a slow roller and anything that got hit in the air just died. I remember seeing a few good swings hit fly balls into the outfield that somehow had nothing behind them.

First game starts at 8:30 am. We have to start early to accommodate all three games, plus our special guests who need to be at the ballpark at a certain time to prep for the Angels game.
