It's estimated that in 2018 44.4% of taxpayers won't pay anything in federal income taxes and that's not an R or D issue.  It's always easy to say tax someone else or yeah I'd be in favor of tax dollars going towards ____ when it's not coming out of your pocket.  If they want to raise taxes by all means but all I've heard is talks about raising taxes and nothing about addressing spending which is the real issue.  Personally I'm not in favor of giving the state or federal government any more tax revenue to mismanage.
