Why not? They can start taking what they've learned with Ohtani and apply it downstream to new two-way draftees - there are usually quite a few amateurs capable of it.

No other team can really apply that experience yet. It's interesting to me that Jared Walsh has picked up three relief appearances already this year too.

May as well try. I like two way players- chances are they won't end up doing it in the bigs, but at the very least, they kinda have to fail twice to be useless. Seems like a higher floor kinda option.

Was looking at how he planted and couldn't get passed the pink sock...  it was damn mesmerizing...  and why not two pink socks, only one.    Is mystique a tool?  Cause Billy English has it.

Anyone have thoughts on Bryce Monte De Oca? 4yr Senior, 6’7 265lbs.  Scouts say he can touch 100mph and has a devastating curve.  Health is an issue but say he is future closer material.
