As a former weight lifter and one into bodybuilding, I am not for one moment concerned about Mike Trout's weight. He has the type of build, athleticism and talent to develop into a Bo Jackson type performer in the big leagues.

It's not just Angels fan boards talking about this either. I think a lot of it is driven by people who are into fantasy, and since Trout is a common early draft pick speculation on stuff like weight, and implications on his future numbers are being discussed to death.

 

I'm sure he could care less about what we all think around here but I don't think he realized what type of scrutiny comes from being labeled a future superstar.

why do athletes lie about their height? mike trout is 5'8'' at most

5'8", RIIIGGGHHT. From these pictures, then I guess Trumbo is also lying about being 6'4", Pujols lying about the 6'3" and Hamilton about the 6'4". If Trout's not even 5'8, then none of them are even 6'. Guess again.
