AO might get this one.

What do these four have in common, other than being in the Hall of Fame?

I think this was a question on Sports Jeopardy, they all finished their careers in the same city but on a different team from which they started on.Red Sox Braves for Ruth Giants Mets for Mays Braves Brewers for Aaron and Cubs White Sox for Santo

Yep, 1B Willie Montanez

Andddd his MLB debut, as Arch alluded to it (due to being Rule 5 acquisition), came on opening day of the 1966 season at the old Commisky Park.

It was a week before Anaheim Stadium had its' MLB regular season debut.

He played in 8 games, 2 at bats total, and then his next MLB game was with the Phillies in 1970, a year before he was runner-up for NL ROTY to Braves' catcher Earl Williams.

Most baseball fans are unaware of this great hitter.

Nicknamed "Slug" due to his slow speed. A sportswriter once said of him that he was "the slowest moving great hitter who ever lived."

From 1921 through 1927 his average BA was .380 with seasons of .394, .403, .393, and .398. If he had been even a moderately fast runner, he may have hit the .400 mark in those four years. Nobody has ever had four seasons of .400 or better.

I'm not a Phillies fan, but I remember watching this play as it happened. Great stuff, thanks.

1980 WS. Boone muffed a popup and Rose caught it.

..with one out and the bases full of Royals in the 9th inning of Game 6. Huge play. Tug McGraw then struck out Willie Wilson to end it and give the Phillies their first World Series title.
