Disgusting.  I hate our government

Pretty sure this was a Russian air strike (the article at one point said Russian and at another point said regime). I get what you're saying as to US responsibility for instability in the region at large, but we're definitely not the only ones with blood on our hands.

We all do.

Agreed. We definitely have made mistakes that killed innocent civilians, and we likely will in the future. But I feel like we're the only ones in the conflict that really try to avoid it (as others here have detailed process-wise). Most of the other players in the war really don't give a shit.

The Russians are using strategic bombers flying out of Iran at high level. The only thing missing are the action shots of the bombardier looking into his bomb sight as they carpet bomb cities.

Russian bombers are probably still using the bombsights from the old pics youre referring to

Take a look MT,  this is the Manjib retreat, such an easy target like the road of death back in gulf war one where the US wiped out retreating Iraqi troops.

Except we didn't engage this time because civilians were involved, used as human shields. This is the protocol we follow,  not barrel bombs in crowded cities like the Russians are doing.

Youd hope that stories like that would stem the flow of volunteers to join them, but doubt it does....

But that doesn't fit the narrative that the U.S. is evil.

OK, you're stuck psychologically with a thought that recurs only in your head but not in the outside world. You see it is a war and once in a while Intel is in  inacurate but that doesn't mean it ignores protocol to avoid civilian casualties. There is no gain to hit a hospital for the US, we will be compensating monetarily for that as part of reparations.  It serves no purpose militarily, we don't operate like our enemy nor the Russians that are barrel bombing non essential targets to instill fear.

If the US did scrap that protocol this ISIS conflict would be over in about the time it took Desert Storm. The difference is there would be a hell storm of rockets, missiles and bombs that would reduce every city controlled by ISIS into Dresden.

But go ahead and keep repeating the same incident as if it is happening daily and purposely.
