I would hope traffic cops would notice but I have no faith in our police.  Not to mention it is probably not standard training.

I do think our security measures are better and it wouldn't have been allowed regardless of a refrigeration unit being present.

Large trucks like that were prohibited from being parked in that area, but the police apparently made an exception in his case. That's the part I don't understand.

I saw a report that ISIS specifically called for attacks of this sort several years ago.

I can't help but compare cops and Muslims.  Most people hate cops because of the few bad ones and the fact that the police protect their own.  Well fuck Muslims, because they have a billion good ones that don't do shit about the million bad ones.  When a cop fucks up he kills someONE, when these asshole Muslims go off they kill dozens, hundreds or even thousands.
