Truck crashes into Bastille Day crowd in Nice, France

Just happened. Conflicting details.

Some reports have many dead, other reports mention "many injuries".

Unconfirmed reports of gunfire.

The mayor of the city says it appears "dozens" have been killed.

He drove up on the sidewalk and right into the crowd, mowing them down.

Sky News in Britain is reporting at least thirty killed.

Reports are the driver is holed up in a restaurant nearby and is armed.

Daily Mail and Sky News are both reporting at least 60 dead and 150 injured. Horrific images and cellphone videos circulating. I can't bear to look at them.

CNN is talking about gun control in France now.

Advice to France: Deport everyone who has had any contact with ISIS.

ANY contact, period. Round them up and send them packing. Then shut the borders.
