I've been a weight yoyo my whole adult life. Calories are just more available than necessary and people generally don't have the will power to fight it

Yep, me too. I enjoy eating but I don’t over eat or eat really crappy stuff as I rarely eat fast food. It’s more of an exercise thing for me.
