Here's one a little closer to home for me.  A lady murders a father of 3 young children while exercising her 21st amendment right and driving.

Of course, she murdered this man while being on probation for previously exercising her 21st amendment right and driving.

It's long past time for background checks on buying booze.  Wouldn't be a bad idea to limit the amount someone could buy, too.  Who needs to walk through a liquor store with a shopping cart?

They just need to enforce the laws that already exist.

Should be much stricter punishment for DUI too.  First one usually just results in a fine.  Should be treated more like attempted murder.

I'm all for hammering every type of distracted driver. I'm also in favor of permanent revocation for repeat offenders. Uber, bitches.

The ironic thing is we throw so many people in jail for years for staying home and doing drugs but get wasted and get in a car and you get a slap on the wrist.  It is not until the third one that they even give significant jail time.
