I'm looking at Morin to step up. He's been much better since being recalled. 13 K's in 5.1 IP with 0 runs allowed

Both Morin and Bedrosian have stepped it up recently.

The 8th inning is a different story though from earlier innings.

Hope Smith isn't out for too long.

Doesn't need to immediately go on the DL, thanks to increased roster size.

It would be even more impressive if he could strike batters out throwing just one pitch. Unfortunately it takes three.

Reminds me of the time Clint Barmes fell down the stairs while carrying a large package of deer meat, and broke his collarbone.

 

Red Sox pitcher Bob Stanley also fell down the stairs while taking out the trash.

 

Stairs are dangerous.
