I'm looking forward to him passing Schmidt. I feel good for the guy. Clearly wasn't healthy and he's finally able to take care of business the way many had hoped.

What I like most about this streak is his pitch identification is spectacular, you can see in his eyes he's locked in, and the icing on the cake is the absurdly low amount of K's (I think 2?) during this hot streak.

LOL, just worked them out myself after looking up his game log on espn.

 

Note: No Halos player has ever led the AL in both HRs and rbis.  

If Pujols were to do that, we might have the first ever twin AL MVP candidates for the Halos, especially with Cabrera expected to miss 6 weeks.

That would then make their (Trout & Pujols) main competition currently appear to be Donaldson, J.D. Martinez, and Machado.

To be fair, unlike GIDP's, for lineout double plays like that the blame is shared equally by the batter and the runner.
