The instruction to behead the infidel is part of Islamic teaching, but I'll grant you that most Muslims would never do such a thing.

 

Whether most Muslims would condemn such a thing is another matter entirely. There's been very little of that these past few years.

Notice that fs79 didn't provide a link like he normally does when copying and pasting from a source.

We could drop out of context scriptures from other holy books including the Old Testament and easily demonize them. But that's the simplistic approach that undermines the true meaning when put in the proper context.

The Muslim is expected to read it in the original Arabic and to obey its every command.
