Last year our event ticket was $30. This year we've added two charities to the event and want to make sure we're not in the hole at the same time like we were two years ago.

$40.00 is not really expensive for this type of event IMO.  I really like that we are including 2 baseball charities in our fanfest this year.  I think people are nostalgic for the old days, but really? We were going to pay $25 to go to an event at Hail Mary's and think $40 is too much for the Doubletree? 

 

Of course, hotels are more expensive than ever.  The days of $70/night at the Sheraton may be over forever during Spring Training. 

 

It is what it is.  I love Spring Training and wouldn't miss it.

Media Guys: Jeff Fletcher, Mike DiGiovanna and Joe McDonell. (Still waiting to hear back from Victor Rojas and Alden Gonzalez who were present at last year's media roundtable. Yep, we're doing that segment again at fanfest since it was such a hit!

 

Guests to be named later... An Angels Alumni that all Angels fans are familiar with and a "mystery man" to close out the event.

I'll add names to the list later on, but we're at 80+ registered already (and that doesn't account for our special guests). That puts us well above where we were last year at this time as far as those who have registered for our event.

 

Remember that we're capped at 200, so once we hit capacity we have to close down registration.
