The humorous aspect of this, if there is one - because it is truly sad, is,  that HaloMagic has been a proponent of Obamacare claiming to have read the entire one thousand-plus pages and understanding it all.  It was passed with lies and even more lies as time moves on and even more as the news of this week has told us.   The entire death panel argument once poo-poo-ed by the liberals is exactly what the law has in it.  Not to mention the increased IRS involvement and the required hiring to fulfill that mission.

 

Why can't the libs admit that they want a centralized, one-payer system where the government wants a Socialist form of government.  Most scholars admit that the Socialist control of a country's healthcare is the ultimate in central control of the people.

To the rest of it, I still support Obamacare over the prior system. The execution of the law, however, has been hideous. I wouldn't mind single payer but it is disingenuous to say that is my end goal. I'd prefer a system ore like Australia that includes both public and private elements.

Most scholars would ask you to provide a link or some evidence in the name of research to back up that vague and grossly unfounded statement.  Do you have any idea how many scholars there are in the world?  Neither do I.  What kind of scholars are you talking about--economists, historians, philosophers, politicians...?  How many of x undefined scholars were surveyed in this poll of yours?  Exactly.  Get outta here with your "most scholars" b.s.  You have a right to your opinion, but don't just make sh*t up.
