105 over 6+ years really isn't that much. I'd do that and stick his ass at 3rd or LF. Worth it, he can still play.

I would definitely trade for him if he could be had for cheap. I think 17 million a year is a pretty good deal for him considering the going rate for players right now.

 

Hell hunter pence will be making more per year than braun.

Ryan Braun is still going to be an MVP caliber player.  The Brewers are banking on it.  He'll either do it naturally because he's just that gifted or he'll find some other untraceable substance and use the heck out of it. 

 

Milwauee won't be trading him.

No. Braun has been busted for steroids twice, getting off on a technicality the first time. His defense? The person who collected the sample is an anti-Semite.

 

I hate it when sample collectors dump steroids into the samples of all of the Jewish players.
