I have no doubt it will be Hiller. Andersen looked horrible all game last night.

They need to bring up Vatanen. I guess the coaching staff wants the team to be more physical, but they need more scoring opportunities more than anything else. The Ducks are only 2.25 Goals per Game (or 14th out of 16 teams in the postseason).

I didn't expect a sweep, but we will be bounced if we do a repeat of last night's 2nd and 3rd.

Also like I have been saying - without a legit PP we can't expect to make a deep run. We *really* need to be scoring on it when we can, and we just aren't.

 

Anderson looked awful. Bad games happen though. I think he gets another shot, but with a short leash.

What constitutes a short leash? 2 goals in one period? 3 goals? That might be too late, especially if Getzlaf doesn't play again.

Depends on how he looks out there. If he gives up a very soft goal then I think that's when you yank him. Unless we have a lead.

Andersen has only had one solid game in my opinion. I think he's been soft ever since. I'd like to go with Gibson but I know BB won't do that. So I guess Hiller is our only option. Hiller is playing for a new contract. He could capitalize on that if given an opportunity.

 

Regardless of who is in net, it won't matter without Getzlaf.

It sounds like Team Docs won't clear him to play. Speculation is something happened in Game 3 when he got involved in that scuffle with whatshisfu**

Getzlaf has to play tonight. No way I see him not playing. Imagine Silfverberg sits tonight. He has been nonexistent all series.
