Bill Cosby wasn't convicted until a few months ago. Up until the point he got convicted, he wasn't a rapist.

And when/if the same happens to Kavanaugh or Trump then action should be taken.  And while were at it Ellison as well, though of course no one on the blue team wants to  talk about that one even though there is a crap ton more evidence.   #believesurvivors, except when they accuse Dems, isnt a tenable position. 

I dont really care about Kavanaugh, in fact id prefer we not have another religious conservative on the SCOTUS... and i think Trumps a miserable disgrace, but due process and the presumption of innocence are still the law of the land.  

Bottom line this isnt about assault or women or literally anything but political power, end of story.
