Or maybe they'll send Fulmer back out there and Washington can claim he had plenty of rest again after the game.

Probably a little tricky to get a roster move done being that the Bees are out west and there wasn’t a ton of time between games…I imagine one of Strickland, Suarez, or Fulmer get burned up today if needed and we see someone join them for the Cincy series.

Wantz is probably already there waiting tbh.

Non baseball note but having Wayne in the booth is a massive W. He’s just a really good game caller, especially after the shit show rotation we’ve had in previous years.

Yep!  I couldn't care less about not having Vasgersian (though I think maybe he'll still fill in every now and then?).  I wish Randazzo didn't have to leave for the Friday Apple TV+ games, but I like him more than anyone we've had in many, many years.

Gubi emphasized that Trout has 96 HR in the first inning.  He did the same thing when he hit one in the first a few games ago.  The thing is, it's not all that amazing, given his career totals and where he usually hits.  He's hit 25.55% of his HR in the first inning--and 22.2% of his plate appearances have come in the first inning.  So it's not like he has some crazy over-index for first inning homers.  Just slightly more than you'd expect, given his plate appearances.

Lol at Fulmer being listed as yellow.  If he really is under consideration for use today, that's basically the Angels saying, "We literally don't care if we burn you out or injure you.  You are disposable to us."
