Yes his one strikeout on a fastball in a clip of 9 pitches was 93 mph. I don’t know what the rest of his velocity readings were the rest of the game

In the exhibition against the Dodgers minor leaguers he was in the upper 90s when he wanted to be.  The stuff is there.

No. And, I'm speculating of course, but what MLB might consider bad doesn't necessarily rise to the level of a prosecutable offense on an individual basis.

What Bauer was accused of is illegal so therefore anything worse than that should have to legally be forwarded to law enforcement no?
