Yep, I know that feeling.   Was in a night time job support rotation for 27 years.

It became a lot better over the years though, to where the calls were just 1 or 2 per week.

Congrats, AO. I have been retired from teaching going on five years now. I thoroughly enjoyed my career, but I am enjoying my freedom now. I have a home-based business that I enjoy, but it is on my terms when -- and if -- I wish to work. It supplements my retirement income nicely. Not having to awaken and roll out of the sack at 5:30 a.m. is quite the blessing indeed.
