No!  A three game sweep means we lose three games in the standings.  Going 3-1 means we only lose too games  in the standings.

It's worse than losing two out of three. Better than being swept in three. Losing all four would be disastrous. 

Actually winning the last game rather than any one of the others at least gives a smidgen of hope that that they are potentially going to build on it. At least till the results of the next game are known.

Keep in mind we beat ourselves in game 3 of the series with help if the umpire on Wards strikeout.  We havent been getting blown out every game like previous years.

That gives hope as well.
