Walsh had a great spring too, and has been a much better player in the bigs more recently than Lamb. 

I agree with whomever said these injuries seemed to be awfully convenient. I think this is Perry trying to get a little extra look at Lamb, Thaiss, and O’Hoppe more than anything.

There were rumors early in the off season that the Rays liked Walsh. Getting a reliever from them wouldn’t suck.
