Or the Costco tire department ala Matt Harrington.... Drafted five times held out each time.  Ended up getting nothing after turning down 4+ Mil in the early 2000s.

There’s been a lot of players who screwed up and still got paid, but not as much as they would have, then there is Harrington.

Believe it or not he made more money from suing his first agent and from cashing in on a Lloyds of London insurance policy for "diminished skills", than he ever did from baseball.

Man the Rangers system is stacked. BA had Langford as their top ranked prospect (top-500) in all of the country.
