If the Rockies do indeed draft Dollander next, that leaves one of Taylor, Gonzalez or Shaw for the Angels to decide upon.

Feel bad for Dollander.  If there was one team I didn't want to see him go to it was the Rockies.  His stuff is great but that park is death for power guys like him.
