Jason Vargas to DL: Blood Clot

This season is like a nightmare. A nightmare where you are falling slowly in quicksand, fire ants biting your face, while watching a porn staring your parents. Yes it is that bad. Nice win last night though. haha

This is season is cursed!  Maybe the baseball gods are paying us back for trying to buy a title, I don't know.  However, the Angels with a team with no depth has had to face Weaver out, Hanson on leave, nor Vargas.  Our bullpen, which was weak to begin with loses Barnett, never get Madsan (sp?), loses Jepson for a spell.  We lost the left side of our infield for a month and our best lead off hitter for a month and half.

 

Now, one of our best trade pieces go down with an injury.

 This season, the team started the year at full strength.(such as it was) I would hate to see DL time being blamed for how bad this team is.

There was very little DL time LAST year, and this team stunk, and there were no injuries in April this year, and this team stunk.

This team when healthy isn't good. Don't want to see injuries take the blame.

This team is poorly constructed, poorly managed, and poorly coached.

I am afraid that, as the injuries pile up,  the people in charge are going to get a pass because of it.

Yeah, there are more freak injuries this year, but that isn't the reason this team is bad.

Ignore the core reasons why this team stinks, and it will just stink again next season.
