The sentence was far too light.  Skaggs was an addict, ok, I understand.  But Kay was his supplier, and he used Skaggs weakness to gain access to his cash.

Everything they have said through their lawyer says it is all about the money. Not sure how their suit against the Angels is going to work out as Kay could be called to confirm the family knew he was using. I can't see how they didn't know since Skaggs had went through opioid addiction before he was with the Angels.

Yikes. I've been in Eric Kay's office at Tempe Diablo Stadium a handful of times ahead of our annual Spring Fanfest events.
