UCLA grad student stabbed to death while working in a furniture store.

$250,000 reward offered, and suspect is identified. He has a long criminal record and was out on low bail.

She was alone in the store. He killed her then calmly walked out and down an alley.

just straight up evil.

According to police, the employee declined to take counterfeit funds and the suspect opened fire. Another victim from within the business had stab wounds and was transported to a local hospital. It is unknown how the victim was stabbed.

Man, someone put up a lot of money to find this person.  Usually the city/county will only put up $10k.  50k max on a big case.

Relatives in North Carolina are saying he has "mental health issues".

Get read for an insanity defense and 3-5 years before this question is resolved and a trial can begin. He's in the system now and doing better than he would on the street. Three meals a day, a secure place to sleep, free medical and dental, free psychiatric care, free legal representation, no fear of the death penalty. He'll settle down for a long, secure life behind bars. And if there's any fear of threats from other inmates, his lawyer can request protective incarceration somewhere. The only good thing is no other young woman will be savagely murdered by this creep. So that's something.

All the more reason to lock him up forever. He’ll never be fixed.

Agreed. But this is crazy California. His public defenders will pull out all the stops to keep him from prison. There will be hundreds of 'hearings' and motions filed and years of delay. The media will move on and the public will forget about it after a short while.

And talk about crazy, there are men on Death Row who were sentenced 40 years ago and their appeals are still active. You can look it up. That's insane.

Here is the problem with Calolfornia's homeless solutions.  We are dealing with other states problems.  Fuck that, all our homeless initiatives should only be for former residents and former employees.  All else, we should ship back to their home states, cities, counties.  We will never EVER solve homelessness if we have to solve homelessness for the entire country.

Easier if you just leave California.
