Larry H. Parker -- the famous auto accident and personal injury attorney known for his iconic commercials in the '80s and '90s -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The famed attorney's longtime law firm partner, Ron Beck, confirmed to us Friday that Larry had passed away ... but wouldn't elaborate on details -- including where, when or under what circumstances.

Joe Flaherty, the comedic actor best known for his performances on the sketch series “SCTV” and for his role as the father of two teenagers on “Freaks and Geeks,” died on Monday. He was 82.

He was hilarious. Some great characters on SCTV and as a Russian Boarder Guard in “Stripes”.

Flaherty was married to Judith Dagley for 22 years until the two divorced in 1996. The couple had two children, Gudrun and Gabriel Flaherty.
