Yep, her bid just ended. That was probably a story she should have kept to herself. When I was about 9 or 10 my grandfather told me a story about how he had a dog that got its back legs torn off in an auger, so he had to shoot his dog to put it down. To this day I will never understand why he felt the need to tell me that story at my age.

From what little details Noem gave, sounds like a 14 month old puppy with no training and discipline but she expected that it behave right away for the purpose of the breed. 

Either train the dog or give it up for adoption if those were the true facts of the story.

Yet God sees those 8 cells , you , and your daughter as his children with equal value. Nowadays over 20% are over 10 weeks and 7% are over 14 weeks (fully formed).
