We cancelled our trip there. We had insurance on everything so no financial hit and we're going to transfer our flights to Cabo. 

It's completely crazy in HI right now. The list of labs the Hawaii governor has approved (probably getting a kickback from them) makes it a pain in the ass to get tested. Especially with the 72 hour window bullshit. People are getting turned around at the airport or told to Karentine for 14 days. Those islands' economies are getting absolutely crushed.

I went to go pick up my dad from dialysis, and the security guard had a noticeable cough.  I'm back in the running for the Covid death challenge that Calscuf tried to rob me of.

at my school, we just had a second person in the high school office test positive. all of us who've been working on campus have been ordered to go back to working at home. 

i've been planning that we'd be able to open in january. that's starting to seriously look like it won't happen. and if there's an increase in the number of positive cases after thanksgiving and christmas, the rest of our school year is likely to remain online only.

I think that Baja Fresh there is the only one still in the area. The one off Lake Forest closed a couple years ago and the one near me closed about 6 months ago.

Both my mom and mother in law were on dialysis. That shit was awful. Prayers for your dad
