On this date last year after 126 games we were 65-61 and half a game back of the 2nd wild card and only 3 games back of the first wild card.

Thanks to Scioscia, there has been and will be no Angel baseball between October and February.  Scioscia is protecting Pujols because those extra games in October would be a killer on his knees and we all know how well he treats the veteran players..
