Not sure if you have industry comps or not, but if so, do you see lower turnover than average among mgmt? And does that hold true for non-mgmt, with non managers hoping to get there? Always been curious how that model has worked when all experience says it shouldn't. Would love to make it work industry wide, would improve the lives of so many people nation wide.

Probably a conversation to take off the game day thread, but in a nutshell we have the lowest turnover rate in the industry.  Our average non management associate has been with us over 2 years, in an industry that is usually measured in months.  Our Manager turnover rate is maybe 3-5%.  Our assistant manager turnover is a bit higher than that, but I would assume less than 10%.  If you want to talk about it in depth send me a PM.

I'm not a fast food lover, but I had the hot dog box a couple weeks ago, it was spectacular!!

Good hot dog

Small burger

Fries

Drink

And a cookie!

Spectacular!

I had that $5 box at Carls, and my blood sugar skyrocketed.

I felt like hell for hours. No more of that. It was the cookie that did me in, on top of the fries.
