He always does but that’s not the point. What is the point is that left wing nutters’ claims of global warming are bullshit and Trump is able to convey that to a large audience. He’ll be useful in Desantis’ presidential campaign.

I mean the weather forecast is pretty inaccurate on anything over a few days. The climate fools use the same computers with less observed data to forecast 100 years into the future. How foolish is that ?

The left wing nutters are a problem, and they contribute to people like Trump making statements like he did. This is the problem with our discourse today, simple minded people like Kotchman feel that they need to choose between ‘the world is ending’ and ‘everything is fine.’ Neither one of those positions is even remotely defensible.

Nothing wrong with conservation and developing cleaner energy. The climate change agenda is much broader. It’s about regulating lifestyles and wealth redistribution amongst people and nations.

Not really. There are people on the left who are incapable of weighing the pros and cons of specific policies and instead over value climate positive proposals while ignoring any ill effects.

There are also political realities at play, specifically that the people who might be most harmed by climate change are also the ones who likely reap the most benefit from using fossil fuels. It is unfair for those who profited off of fossil fuels for the last two centuries to ask those who haven't to forgo their benefits so that they can now profit off of green energy.

This shapes the discussion in our politics but it does not change the fact that sea levels are rising, climates are changing, and costal areas are going to start being reclaimed by the sea. Ultimately we are going to either deal with climate change (unlikely) or we are going to foot the bill for the costs of living with it.

There is another group of Americans emerging. No doubt there are extremists on both sides that aren’t helpful but The third group is likely larger and every bit as dangerous. This group consists primarily of nut less cowards afraid to oppose the non sense for fear of being labeled. They routinely dismiss each and every step towards insanity as insignificant. This is how we arrived at men pissing in the girls room and blacks openly shoplifting without repercussions. It’s the TDawgs who primarily want wealth redistribution but are willing to ignore black violence to get it. It’s ALF who doesn’t have a pot to piss in but thinks he’s intellectually superior to average Americans.
Trump said some dumb shit and was a real asshole. At the same time, the country was in a better place because he wasn’t a purist politically. Policy wise he was effective and fairly neutral on a lot of issues.  This  third croup claims to want a moderate leader yet rejected him for Biden who has been anything but moderate. Corporate America and leftist have legitimately fooled this group into thinking they’re separate from the far left cause. The far left is truly evil and everyone should be United against them. Instead they have convinced a large portion of Americans they are harmless and that those crazy Jan 6ers damn near ended the Republic. The far lefts assault on families and morals is destroying the Republic from the ground up and the large group of apathetic Americans who fail to oppose it are mostly to blame.

Again we can explore cleaner energy with adopting communism. I don’t doubt the climate changes. What is in doubt is the cause and our ability to change the outcome. You’re a stat guy but ignore how small the sample size on climate change really is.

You're not wrong, though my toilet is functioning just fine.

I don't completely disagree with you here, but I think your ultimate diagnosis is wrong. This "third group" is politically homeless because they have been forced to choose between the insanity of the left wing SJW's and socialists, and the right wing, Jan 6 cultists and racists. I consider myself a conservative but there is no conservative party in America. The Democratic party has lost it's ideological way as well, as it's been 'forced' to take in political refugees from the right.

People like TDawg and myself can agree with each other despite having different politics simply because neither of us are morons. When the political climate gets this bad, simply not being stupid can become a political coalition. Still, the current balance is unsustainable but it probably won't last long as the right wing base is old, white, economically declining and on it's way out.

It’s likely your shared love of other peoples money that brings y’all together. Contrary to what you learned in school the demise of old rich conservatives isn’t going to make bottom dwellers wealthy or happy. You’ll simply have a larger pity pool and shared misery

This does not accurately reflect my views at all.

In clown world I’m sure this seems realistic. Oh and lol at “save consumers money.”

Biden Administration Wants New Vehicles To Average 49 MPG By 2026

The Biden Administration, which is pushing automakers to get more electric vehicles on the road, is setting higher fuel-economy rules that require the average new car or truck to get nearly 50 miles per gallon of gasoline by 2026 as part of efforts to cut carbon pollution and save consumers money.
