Tank?

as i said earlier in this thread, i voted for johnson. i couldn't pull the trigger the mango. i don't agree with how he conducts himself and i hate that he won't shut his mouth on twitter or that he acts childish. i don't like having him as POTUS, either, though i'll find a way to manage with him the next four years (i believe he'll be a one-termer). still rather have him than hillary, but that's like choosing drowning over being burned alive.

Is he qualified or not?

In this specific case...don't know. He was confirmed to his previous position so he would appear to have basic qualifications. Will be interesting to find out more about him.

So did you find out anything that doesn't make him qualified?

FTFY.

Not really. You only fixed it halfway, at best. You're not supposed to capitalize "order" unless it refers to a specific order that has been made. This is not debatable. However, according to the following document, you are to capitalize "executive."

Then again, the APA seems to think that this may not be necessary:

This was a carefully crafted test in response to your recent application to become part of the force. I was at the very least half correct on this obscure issue. You have failed entirely.

You may return to hugging hockey trophies.

Been 24 hours. Will get on my research over the weekend. Did you come up with your final report on why he is qualified?

Here's a rough draft:

- He received a B.A. at Columbia, a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Doctor of Philosophy in Law from Oxford College

- He clerked for Judge David B. Sentelle on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 1991–1992

- He clerked for for United States Supreme Court Justices Byron White and Anthony Kennedy from 1993–1994

- He's a federal appellate judge on the Tenth Circuit United States Court of Appeals

- He received the Edward J. Randolph Award for outstanding service to the Department of Justice

- He received the Harry S. Truman Foundation's Stevens Award for outstanding public service in the field of law

- He has an outstanding haircut

I'd say he's qualified.

back up the truck, buddy. you also unnecessarily used the word "written," which i crossed off. i'd like credit for that.

my trouble, however, is your conclusion that i was completely wrong while you were only half wrong. i disagree. I was correct on capitalizing Executive and striking out written; you were correct only on capitalizing order. by my count that puts me up 2-1. you owe me a kale salad for your egregious accounting of what actually happened.
