A couple points about the chopsticks. Most Asians cook their rice pretty sticky and take some with a bite of the main part of the dish and some rice in one bite. And secondly, chopsticks are far superior when eating noodles

Thanks but I already have golf to examine my motor function. I think I would do that test like eating Pho.  Start off with a couple bites with the chopsticks, then just pick up the bowl and down it.
